The City of Casselberry will host Central Florida’s First Annual Cigar Box Guitar Festival in beautiful Lake Concord Park from 12 – 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022.

The City of Casselberry, American Cigar Box Guitar Association and the Orange Blossom Blues Society will host the first ever Cigar Box Festival in Central Florida on Saturday, April 30, 2022. Cigar Box guitars have been around since the late 1800s but have had a recent revival with a DIY culture of finding things around the house to make a musical instrument. Jimi Hendrix, Paul McCartney, Roy Clark and Carl Perkins all have performed with modified cigar boxes. The Festival will be part of the day-long Earthfest, the largest environment friendly event in Seminole County, with more than 75 vendors.
