HIP-HOP I

This high energy, fun Hip-HOp class teaches basic steps while bulding flexibility, precision, technique and style.  Using upbeat music from various genres, in addition to the latest Hip-Hop hits, this class begins with a basic warm-up to stretch and tone the body, followed by across the floor progressions, concluding with work on a fun and energetic combination.
