Materia Medica: Peppermint

Presented by Florida School of Holistic Living at Online/Virtual Space

Nov 29 2020
Materia Medica: Peppermint

Materia Medica is a study of one plant, as an herbalism school, we focus on medicinal herbs. This is a virtual, garden experience reviewing a select plant, Peppermint.

Use this aromatic plant in your tea when you hit the afternoon slump to reinvigorate.

Our friends in the garden Whether it’s a new friend or one you’ve known a while, it’s always nice to visit friends and give special attention to create a deeper more meaningful relationship.

The study of herbalism is rooted in our personal relationships with individual plants. Join us for an afternoon in the garden with Maggie O’Halloran on Facebook Live to learn more about this amazing plant ally.
