Presented by Orlando Repertory Theatre at Orlando Repertory Theatre, Orlando FL

Dec 03 2022
Rewrites: An Improvised Nutcracker (3-8 grades)

A Play-in-a-Day improvised adventure allowing students to exercise their creativity, teamwork, and confidence.

This Play-in-a-Day adventure allows students to exercise their creativity, teamwork, and confidence to reach their goal of a brand-new version of this classic tale by the end of the day!

Create your own twisted version of The Nutcracker through improvisation and sketch writing! Spend your day playing storytelling and improv games while creating and performing your unique version of Clara’s wondrous dream. Bring to life your versions of the toy soldiers, the Mouse King, and of course, the Sugar Plum Fairy.

See our updated Keeping Camps Safe guide for mask and safety policies.
Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle to class.
A presentation is held at the end of the day. Exact time to be announced.
