Steampunk!

Using a variety of found objects and materials, create layered works and three-dimensional pieces in the style of industrial steam-powered machinery that inspired Steampunk! Develop your skills by learning new hand-building techniques and discovering how to use a variety of sculptural tools. In the galleries, be inspired by ceramic works and sculpture created by artists from many cultures and time periods. Some work might be glazed and fired for pickup at a later date. $10 materials fee. For students entering grades 6-8.
