Mozart's The Impresario at Orlando Fringe
Come see Mozart’s comedy of errors as broke opera impresario, Ernie Scruples, navigates the volatile world of running an opera company. This is a comedic play in English with music by Mozart.
Musical Traditions Incorporated presents Mozart’s singspiel “The Impresario” at the Orlandofringe Festival at the Teal Venue. This is a comic play with music by Mozart with piano accompaniment. A hilarious behind the scenes look of the perils of running an opera company. Originally written and performed in the 18th century, this updated version about a down and out Impresario navigating the volatile world of opera, is as true today as it was in the time of Mozart.
