Pilates is known for increasing strength in all muscle groups, improving flexibility, posture, and reshaping the body. Combined with the stretching and poses of yoga that focus on improving stability, balance and reducing stress, this class is ideal for the student that wants to add strengthening to their yoga practice. Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
