Burrow Press

Burrow Press is a nonprofit publisher of literary fiction and creative nonfiction based in Orlando, FL. In print, we shine a light on emerging and established authors living in Florida, often focusing on non-stereotypical literary work set in our misunderstood state. On the web, we publish people from all over the globe. Our online literary journal, Burrow Press Review, publishes one excellent piece of fiction or creative nonfiction by emerging and established writers each week. Some contributors to BPR have had work published in The New Yorker, others have never been published before. In the flesh, we strive to foster literary community in our hometown, and be a hub for all things literary in Florida. Our quarterly reading series, Functionally Literate: a literary function, pairs visiting writers with talented locals, and aims to connect, entertain, and possibly intoxicate, Orlando’s larger community of writers, bookworms, lit nerds, and the intellectually curious.
