Central Florida Jazz Society, Inc.

The Central Florida Jazz Society , a 501(c)(3) non-profit,  was created in 1974  to preserve jazz as America’s original contribution to the arts. Our Mission is to  perpetuate and advance the cultural  art form of jazz through performances, education and outreach activities and college scholarships. We accomplish our mission by:

• Presenting monthly concerts in which the membership and public can hear and enjoy various forms of the jazz music
• Promote live jazz music and local jazz musicians in Central Florida with our  publication, Blue Notes.
• Provide scholarships for deserving young musicians and assistance for jazz education in the community.
• Provide mentoring programs for young musicians.
