Defining Movement Inc.

There is a growing need in the urban arts community for a place to practice, create, learn and grow that is affordable. Currently art programs are being cut from schools and young adults who are out of school do not have a place to work on their crafts. Defining Movement community center will fill that void and provide a place for all artists to call home. Defining movement community center will be an urban arts community center where people will take classes, practice and attend events at little to no cost. D.M. will also provide an after school urban arts program for students of all ages. This venue will be a place that the community can learn about dancing, painting, street art, poetry, music, spoken word and much more.
