Orlando Choral Society

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is “building community through song.”

Founded in 2007, The Orlando Choral Society serves as a musical outlet for hundreds of Central Florida residents. The OCS mission of “building community through song” is enacted through our various outreach initiatives. Our impact on the community is evident in our support of and collaboration with students, older adults, and an array of local businesses including nonprofit organizations.

The Garden Choir is the Orlando Choral Society’s first ensemble. Founded in 2007, this adult, non-auditioned chorus of over one-hundred people has performed locally, at Carnegie Hall, Limerick, Ireland, and COMING SOON Vienna, Austria!

Voci del Cuore, translated Voices of the Heart, is an auditioned chamber choir of professional-level musicians. Started in 2017, Voci del Cuore has already stunned audiences throughout Central Florida.

The Orlando Choral Society’s newest ensemble is the Outreach Choir. This group, consisting of volunteer members from both Garden Choir and Voci del Cuore, performs seasonally at various assisted living facilities in the West Orange area and will soon expand to perform in local hospitals.
