Our Mission: Friends Reaching Out To Inspire The Community By Touching Hearts And Minds Through Music And Charitable Deeds. Our Vision: Using Song And Charitable Deeds To Change Perceptions And Attitude While Fostering A Diverse Community. About the Orlando Circle of Friends Chorus: In October of 2008 a group of caring and accepting individuals came together with a love of music and a gift of song that we wanted to share with others. Under the creative guidance and intuitive direction of Artistic Director Mark Hardin, we began a journey to embrace diversity and be inclusive to all. We saw a need in the community to change perceptions and reach out to others. Our goal is to accomplish this through songs and charitable deeds. That holiday season we undertook a rigorous schedule of performances and charitable appearances. Including singing at various churches and serving breakfast at The Ronald McDonald House. Later we walked to raise funds for NAMI. More recently some of our members participated in the walk for breast cancer, played in a charity golf event to raise funds for cancer research and participated in the Festival of Trees for the second year. This time by donating a decorated tree as well as performing.
