Christmas Day Buffet features so many tempting choices it’s difficult to know where to begin. Seafood-lovers will be enticed by the spiced shrimp boil, Pan Seared Sea Bass and topped with lemon and dill, seafood gumbo and sushi display. Traditional favorites include turkey, candied yams, mashed potatoes, and pineapple rum glazed ham. A few of the brunch items include made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles and Lemon Buttermilk Pancakes. Dessert choices span the globe from French B?che de Noel, to German Stollen, Swiss sweets, and all-American pumpkin pie. The piece-de-resistance is the white-and-dark chocolate fountain with fresh pineapple, strawberries and marshmallows for dipping. Includes unlimited mimosas, champagne and valet parking.
