An audition is required for admittance to the Summer Intensive.
The five-week 2016 Summer Intensive in Orlando will take place in June 27 – July 29, 2016, with dormitory residency available.
The focus of the program is on technique training, but all students also participate in the showcase performances at the end of the summer and advanced students have the opportunity to perform for the public. Classes will be held at 415 E Princeton Street, in our professional company rehearsal space at the Loch Haven Community Center and in two South Campus studios , both of which feature Harlequin sprung floors.
Boarding students are housed in apartment style dorms with bathrooms and kitchens on the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management campus. This campus features 24/7 gated security and access to a swimming pool. Full meal service is included and transportation on charter buses between classes and the Rosen College will be provided. Optional outings to the area theme parks and other destinations will be offered.
