A one-week intensive program designed to educate and inspire young string players in 7-12 grade through a rigorous and stimulating curriculum.
A one-week intensive program designed to educate and inspire young string players in 7-12 grade through a rigorous and stimulating curriculum. Skills covered will include string technique (improving intonation, vibrato, set-up) and musicianship (foundations of rhythm, sight singing and theory). Instruments covered in this camp are violin, viola, ‘cello, double bass.
Private lessons available: $40 for 50 minute lesson with student teachers, $60 for lessons with UCF Faculty
Application opens January 2, 2020.
Reservation fee of $50 is non-refundable and will be used towards the cost of tuition.

Please note: Housing is available to all middle school and high school students, and will be in the Libra Community on UCF Main Campus. Housing does not include meals.
