The Golden Rule Community Hannibal Square Memory Wall
A Memory Wall comes from the folk art tradition of preserving memoribilia in a sculptural collage. The Hannibal Square Memory Wall is a collaborative installation that was led by Mr. Imagination (artist Gregory Warmack) and involved over 500 children, seniors, Crealde students, and Winter Park residents. The Memory Wall was produced by Crealde School of Art for the Hanniabal Square Community in partnernship with The Golden Rule Foundation with funding from Joseph and Lynn Conte. Additional funding provided by the City of Winter Park Community Redevelopment Agency, Melinda Kuykendall, Todd and Shelly Morgan and Family, the William J. Conlee Fund at the Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation, United Arts of Central Florida, and Orange County Government through the Arts & Cultural Affairs Program. The wall was dedicated to the community March 1, 2008.
