A bronze statue of the community activist Bette Sprinkle, dubbed the “First Lady of Osceola County,” sits on a bench in Toho Square, City of Kissimmee, Florida. Sprinkle who owned and operated Draperies and Interiors by Bette and Lauren for over 30 years in downtown Kissimmee would spend a great deal of her time on the upkeep of the downtown.
