Host of the Ellipse
Orginially created for the Social Security Administration Center in Baltimore, the sculpture was refurbished and brought to the site as a part of th Art in Architecture Program. The abstract sculpture consists of two black painted steel elements. This piece is best viewed from the corner of Washington St and Division St.
